I: So where are you from?

IP: Italy.

I: Italy, ok.

IP: Yes.

I: And you live in Italy?

IP: Yeah.

I: Ok. What are you doing here in Stockholm?

IP: I’m visiting Stockholm.

I: Ok.

IP: Yeah. I’m here on holiday. 

I: Great. So what did you do in Djurgården?

IP: Ehh, I went to the Vasa museum. 

I: Ok.

IP: Yeah. And that’s all. (chuckles) 

I: That’s all, ok. And when you got there did you also take the boat?

IP: Ehh, yeah, yeah.

I: Ok. Allright.

IP: I took it from… (doubting) Gamla Stan. 

I: Hmm, exactly, alright. Is this the first time you travel with this boat?

IP: No, it is the second time. The first time I went to see… (pause) eeh, Nordiska museum and Skansen.

I: Skansen. Alright. When you planned this boat trip, how did you find out about it?

IP: My cousin lives here, so she told me about this trip.

I: Ok, she knew about it.

IP: Yeah, yeah.

I: Did you write it down or did you use an app to reassure that you didn’t go onboard a wrong boat? 

IP: (looks doubtful)

I: You knew which boat it was, right?

IP: Eeh, yeah, she knew.

I: She told you. Alright.

IP: Yeah. (chuckles)

I: What’s the best think about, for example, this boat trip? What do you like about it?

IP: Ehm, the… the city view. 

I: The view, alright.

IP: And… it took like fifteen minutes to arrive to the other side. 

I: So it’s fast as well. 

IP: Yeah, it’s fast as well.

I: And nice?

IP: Yeah, yeah.

I: And the worst thing? Do find anything that’s pretty bad? The least best thing? (chuckles)

IP: I don’t know, maybe the weather but… (laughter). When you are out and the wind comes…

I: It’s cold, when you wait?

IP: Yeah, but it’s the only bad thing that I found here.

I: So there is nothing… Do you know anything that could improve this boat trip? Anything you miss that would be better if we had it here?

IP: Eeh… Every bench could have a cushion.

I: Hmm, ok, a little bit softer?

IP: Yeah.

I: Do you have this kind of transport in Italy?

IP: Ehm, only in Venice and Genova (Genua) , because I live in Milan so there are no…

I: Rivers?

IP: Yeah.

I: Ok. That’s pretty much it. Thank you very much.
